Child Abuse Project

The expected outcome of this project is to provide information about child abuse and how it affects children all over the world. People should learn the types of child abuse and how to recognize when a child is being abused. There are many possibilities on how a child may be abused and who maybe the abuser. I want people to be aware that this happens anywhere and everywhere with any issues relating to economic status to family problems. It’s an issue that might not go away but we have to realize that we can’t help it go away without people actually knowing about child abuse and then a further step to actually preventing it from happening.

3 FACTS ABOUT CHILD ABUSE

Child abuse can go to an extreme point of the victim committing suicide because it feels lonely and useless. The child can feel useless because of the verbal offenses he/she is told. A child can feel worthless that he/she can attempt to commit suicide.
“Seventy-five percent of male feel the need to rape a female because they want to feel that they are in power of the situation. Twenty percent of the rapists do it because of anger they feel the need to discharge their anger so they do it sexually. Five percent of the rapes are sadistic rapes but these are the deadliest of the rape kinds. The victim suffers physical force as erotic and the rapist feels agitated. Many of times the victims are kidnapped and then it’s all planned out the way the rapist assaults its victim. And most of the time the victim ends up dead and mutilated by the rapist" (the broken spirits).
Children in other countries that suffer child abuse like in Sudan get brainwashed and the only things in their minds are war, kill and survive. This is not the proper way of a child getting treated, since these children suffer mutilations and they also lose their childhood because of these war situations in where they are at. These children don’t even get fed all the time and if they try to leave and are caught after losing their childhood and freedom they can also lose their life.
